    If you charge a fee to resize, you should always show a proof before charging/changing the image. I didn't get that opportunity and there was a white boarder around my poster that I did not want.

    Very bad. Worst customer service. Had to wait for 20 in or more just to deliver small pack. The rep won’t even acknowledge my presence nor responded when asked for some one to show up

    I wish I could remember her name but the kind lady who helped me was absolutely amazing. I was dealing with my father's funeral programs and she made the entire process so smooth. I was able to get all the programs completed in time for his funeral. Please give her a raise, she really helped me and was really nice.

    First of all ,so sorry forgot her name because I am bad with name remembering that I actually filled a survey before I left the store that day 3/15. She was very helpful and patient to me about every question I had. She offered to assist in packing but I preferred to do it myself. She offered alternate address for delivery since I was concerned about signature receipt. She was very pleasant, accommodating and truly patient. I received an excellent customer service.

    The lady that took the order and completed, it was very competent, and the order came out perfect. She was able to help me even though I am deaf. I told her that I needed the work done quickly in order to get the book into the mail. And she pleaded the copy work and binding in less than two hours.

    My dissatisfaction is with the delivery. The person on this route should know that the Seattle University dorms are open between 8:00 and 5:00, but I left those instructions, and also said if there's an issue, to call my daughter at the number provided because she is one minute away from the mailroom. That was not done, and the extra money I paid for 2-day Express was wasted, and my daughter missed her special class with her professor because she did not have her computer that was shipped. The next day I followed up and your website said, and your support person on the phone said they again tried to deliver at 7:46 a.m., again not paying attention to the instructions, and again not calling my daughter. Also, the night before I left additional instructions saying that my daughter could not be reached for whatever reason. The package was to be left at your print ship store 700 Broadway, which is 5 minutes away by walk. The multiple times I called on the phone, I was told my daughter could go to Alaska avenue, and I kept telling them she's a student without a car and it takes 20 to 25 minutes by car. Not an option.

    Experience was fine but the cost was excessive for standard ground freight. Going forward, I will consider using USPS.

    I paid $90 for overnight delivery and my package did not get there overnight. If I wanted two day delivery I would have chosen that because it was significantly cheaper. Instead I paid for overnight and did not receive that service. My package contained asthma medication that needed to be there overnight.
